JOB AND THE SNAKE
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::
A musical about the classic struggle between good and evil. Job asks the timeless question of why he suffers when he has done no wrong.
During its 10+ years, Job and the Snake has been everywhere from Toronto, Canada to Los Angeles, finally making its appearance in the Big Apple on October 8 & 9, 2004... Performed at Calvary Theatre in Manhattan, the New York City Showcase featured Troy Kurtis [of Menudo & Guiding Light] as Job, Dale Church as Satan, and Stacy Salvette as Job's Wife.

COME AWAY
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::
This musical comedy surrounds the love-story of Ruth, a young widow, who pledges unfailing devotion to her mother-in-law. In turn, the older Naomi begins a little match-making. Enter some time-traveling Minstrels (who act suspiciously like the British Fab Four!) to help in the proceedings.
It's been performed at Toronto's Betty Oliphant Theatre, home of the National Ballet School of Canada. Most recently it made it's showcase debut at the Producers Club Theatres in New York City in May/July 2005.

DARWIN'S REVENGE

The story of a man who takes an unwinnable court case to defend a high-school teacher who has been fired for teaching Intelligent Design.
This stage-play is in the tradition of one of the Moon Brothers' earlier plays: "The Trial".

PILGRIM IN WONDERLAND
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::
Inspired by John Bunyan's famous allegory, Pilgrim's Progress; and infused with characters from fairy tales, including Hansel and Gretel, a locked-up Princess, and Tweedledee and Tweedledum. The story follows Pilgrim's journey from the City of Destruction, as he meets a host of characters on his way to his final destination.
CubeCity presented a showcase of the reworked musical on March 8 & 9, 2004 at Calvary Baptist Church to an enthusiastic audience. Directed by Stace Gaddy, the cast included Christopher Gillard as Pilgrim, Joseph Luongo as Prophet, Lara Theodos as Hopeful.

THE TRIAL
:: a Moon Brothers stageplay ::
The story of how one man copes with the sudden death of his agnostic girlfriend. The answer lies in an unopened letter she wrote just before she died. "He knew the truth but he didn’t know her."
This Moon Brothers stage-play is in the process of being turned into a Feature Film in 2006-2007.

EPIMENIDES
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::![]()
A plague has devastated the city of Athens, and there is only one solution... The Athenians must seek help from a prophet from among their ancient enemies, the Cretans. Based on a true story of how the prophet Epimenides travels to Athens and gives them some startling advice.
CubeCity ran Epimenides for three weeks in May 2003 at the Lamb's Little Theatre on W.44th Street in Manhattan. The Blue Cast included Christopher Gillard as Epimenides, Bonnie Borst as Nisia, and Cyrus Shams as Porcus. The Green Cast featured Andrew Graham as Epimenides, Shannon Barry as Nisia, and Paul Ciglen as Porcus.

AESOP
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::![]()
A children's musical that weaves the stories of some of Aesop's most famous fables together into one theatrical experience. Includes fables: The Tortoise and the Hare, The Boy Who Cried Wolf, The Fox and the Grapes, The Ant and the Grasshopper, and other fables.
Most recently workshopped at the Producers Club Theatres on W.44th Street and 9th Avenue in Manhattan (May and July 2005). Great for school groups studying the life & fables of the storyteller from Ancient Greece.

AESOP'S CIRCUS

CubeCity showcased the musical vignettes of Aesop on the campus of Concordia College in Bronxville, NY in the fall of 2001. Lively and quirky, the show follows a series of vignettes woven together as sideshows. Each sideshow is based on a lesser-known fable attributed to that famous storyteller from Ancient Greece.

PURIM DAY
:: a Moon Brothers musical ::![]()
A musical about an empire filled with intrigue and threatened with plots of genocide. The story of how Esther, a young Jewish girl, finds herself the newly crowned queen. When she learns of the evil plot of the prime minister, Haman, she must decide if she will risk her own life to save the lives of her people.
This was CubeCity's first showcase in New York City. It was presented in March 2001 at The Lamb's Theatre on 44th Street. Directed by Roberto Munoz and choreographed by Cindi Parise. The cast included Amy Bartlett as Esther, Stace Gaddy as Xerxes, Michael Pope as Mordecai, and Kevin Boyer as Haman.
